CHAPTER 1
COMPANY BACKGROUND AND ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
1.0 Introduction
Hospital Pakar Perdana (PERDANA) is the 11th hospital under KPJ Healthcare Berhad, the largest healthcare provider in Malaysia. It has a maximum capacity of 126-beds. Located at the heart of Kota Bharu Bandar Raya Islam with an aim to bring quality healthcare nearer and accessible to patients. In addition to outpatients and inpatients care, the multi-disciplinary care provided by PERDANA includes a host of up-to-date support facilities.
PERDANA was opened for outpatient treatment on 28th December 2001 and inpatient on 2nd April 2002. They are committed to meet customer needs and to serve customer in an ethical, efficient, professional and caring manner.
